Dear Neighbors,
 Make a difference in your community by becoming a Neighborhood Council Board member.  Applications are being accepted NOW! Apply online or in-person at the Elysian Valley Recreation Center for the upcoming 2025 Neighborhood Council elections.

	Candidate Filing starts on December 27, 2024 and runs through February 10, 2025The Elysian Valley Riverside Neighborhood Council is made up of of 15 seats total: 14 At-Large seats, including one Youth seat, and one Community Interest seat.Membership on the Neighborhood Council is open to all Elysian Valley Stakeholders—meaning those who live, work, or own property or a business within our boundaries, as well as to “community interest stakeholders,” such as church members, local students (or parents of students), or members of local nonprofit organizations. The minimum age to run for most NC seats is 18, except for Youth seat candidates, who may be between the ages of 14-17.Candidates and voters need not be US citizens or legal residents to qualify. Participation is also open to the formerly incarcerated. How to Apply
