Environment and Land Use Committee

Our Mission

The Environment and Land Use Committee consists of Board members and Stakeholders, and is co-chaired by Board members. ELUC reviews development proposals and environmental issues that affect Elysian Valley, providing a forum for community input and discussion. The committee evaluates projects, policies, and plans related to land use, zoning, sustainability, and quality of life, and makes recommendations to the Board. The ELU committee helps ensure that growth and environmental stewardship reflect the priorities and needs of the community.
